Piece Of Mind : Ideas Ideas...

Writer's block,
That is the sickness that I am suffering from right now.
After publishing 5 short and incoherent blog post,
I have now ran out of ideas..

Well,
Not completely ran out of ideas.
Ideas are always there.
They are recycle-able.
I can just pluck ideas from anyone else's blog,
then rewrite them in my own fancy words.

Afterall,
These are the favourite topics that most bloggers write about:

1. Day to day life

I have an office job.
As a nine-to-five-ers, I wouldn't be interested to read about another nine-to-five-ers nine-to-five activities..
Trust me, the pressure of living 8 hours in a box called cubicle does not translate well into words regardless of how much I love my job.
Don't believe me?
Go see facebook.

2. Planning your wedding.

Married.

▪▪▪

3. Pregnancy and kids.

Not pregnant.
Don't have kids.

Yet.

▪▪▪

4. Food, cooking, kitchen skills..

Errr...
I cook with the guidance of the internet..
and not that often too.
The frequency of this happening can be calculated through the photos I Instagram.
A tiny handfull.
What more can I say.

▪▪▪

5. Shopping.

As much as I love shopping,
I don't do it as often as I'd like too..

Maybe one day I'll write about how to shop when you're broke..
Or how to not shop at all when you're broke.....

Hey, know where I can get those advices?

▪▪▪

6. Fashion.

Fashionista.. Hijabista.. Stylista.. Bueno Vista..
Can't believe I once won a fashionista award.
Now I'm just lazy.

Ezi, please improve!

(O_o )

▪▪▪

7. Religious articles.

Don't be such a hypocrite bay-bee!

Maybe when I have some knowledge worth sharing though..

▪▪▪

8. Opinion.

Maybe when I'm strong enough emotionally and mentally to defend my opinion without getting emotional and going mental.

▪▪▪

So there you go.. There's more to write here actually.
But this piece have been sitting in the draft for almost 2 weeks.
And I have to go iron tomorrow's attire.
And clothes in the dryer is ermmm dry.

Bye.

For now.

Gibberish. The Cup. 2.

No, I'm not having a party.

I have decided to stop using those usual reusable ceramic mugs and instead opt for these paper cups.

After countless times forgetting to wash my usual reusable ceramic mugs before returning home,
I decided to make a change.
This decision came about a Monday morning.
Yup, it was horrible.
I had wanted to just throw the usual reusable ceramic mug away.
But this usual reusable ceramic mug was bought at Isetan.
It was expensive.
RM30 is expensive to me for a usual reusable ceramic mug.
I can't afford to ditch it.
Thus, came the idea to use paper cups instead.
RM8.80 for 50 piece.
About 18 cents each.
Also from Isetan.
That I can consider ditching daily in comparison to the horrors I had to endure Monday mornings due to my negligence on Friday evenings.

Cheers!

Gibberish. The Cup.

Can you see what's inside my dustbin?

That glorifying white thing with green drawing on it?
No, not those mucus laden used tissues.
That Starbucks cup.
STARBUCKS CUP!
My dustbin feels very honoured to be chosen as the one garbage hole to hold the cup..
THE CUP!
THE STARBUCKS CUP!
We will forever be in debt to my dear friend who has decided to ditched this wonderful piece of garbage inside this specific dustbin.
There are about 20 other dustbins in this area, but we are the chosen one.
Now everyone walking past my cubicle and taking a peek inside the bin will see this cup.
They will say to themselves, "Wow, Ezi drinks Starbucks? She's so hype yaw!"
I will forever be proud.

Until the cleaning lady come at around 6-ish, that is.

Piece of Mind. A New Year & A New Decade.

Happy new year, everyone!
This wish is valid up till 15 days after 1st January.

If you still feel like shouting it out on the 16th onwards,
Do add "Chinese" between happy and new.

I have never followed through with my new year's resolution.
I tend to forget I had one after a week into the new year.
I will only remember about it in the final week of December.
By then I will decide to just recycle.
Easy, eh?
It always has got to do with weight.

This year's going to be different.
I'm entering a new decade of my life.
The fourth decade.
I'm in the serious adult age now.
I just turned 30.

Ehem.. ehem.. Seriously serious!
Sirius Black.
I like the Harry Potter movies.
I have a collection of them in my phone to watch while I'm stuck in traffic.
This girl sitting at the next table is telling her friend about her younger sis refusing to work.
I wonder how old she is, the younger sister.. 12? 18?

Well, anyway, the new decade.
Alhamdulillah I lived to be 30.

I'm a tad bit sad about how I lived it though.
If I were to die tomorrow, I left the world nothing.
Nothing in my name..
Except some pity amount of insurance money for Emak.
And a whole lot of debt to pay them with.
Oopss.

I should live my next decade or so more meaningfully.
Achieve something..
.. not personal wealth of blings and such..
But I really want to leave a legacy behind.
Have my name printed in history books..
Or the company's profile book, something like that, at least -_-"

Be it good or not,
Be remembered in a big or bigger way.

Too big of an ambition?
Why not?
Eyp, it's my blog..
After all, I have a lifetime to work on it.
Or another decade, something like that, at least o_O

Let's get started ;)

Sight-seeing. Pantai Bukit Keluang, Terengganu.

This is the beach cat of Bukit Keluang. Beach, not bitch. Cat, not dog. Male, not female.
Heh.
He's the keeper of the stairs. If you want to go up, you must have special permission from this cat. Or else he'll say,
"You shall not passsss!!"

You don't really want to pass through though, going up the stairs will only lead you to this,
Rotting, wave-beaten path way.
What a pity.
Would've been nice to take a stroll between the waves and Bukit Keluang's beautiful conglomerate formation.

So, we did this instead

We walked through the cracks formed by the erosion of the faults.
A bit of a challenge.
Had to hold our breath in.
Do not attempt to go through if you just had lunch.

We made it through.
We're slim people.
Nuff said.
:P

I love Pantai Bukit Keluang.
Fell in love with it the first time during a fieldwork with my UKM Geology classmates.

Honestly, I don't quite remember what the lecturers were saying about this place.
I was mesmerized in the beauty and uniqueness of the conglomerate hill,
looking like a fortress protecting the land from the dangers coming out of the sea.

A fortress built by nature.

So happy to come back here again.

Feeling over the moon to be coming back with the love of my life.

See, happy face:

Hoping to come back again.

This place ignites my imagination.
